I’m in the upper near the away lot and it ain’t bad. That said, lower or better.
Close to toilets; though if you’re incontineht, you can kiss yourself and still enjoy the game without a care in the world.

For row 9 in the East stand that's a pretty decent price at £27.

I reckon that's one of the best seats if you don't mind being low. It's about level with the northern 18 yard line, maybe a bit more central.

Just go on the clubs official site and click on ticket exchange. They have always got tickets on there that season ticket holders have re-listed.
They will send you the tickets via email.
